You must not sell seed corn :). I think some around here are on thier last hurrah,
before the financial reality sets in. Many plan and budget for these
trips.
Summer homes, campers, boats, snowmobiles, motercycles, horses
ect.ect., seems most everybody has some diversion they turn too.
Your not doing any thing wrong, your doing it your way. :) 

Last vacation we had was a 2 day trip to a water park last summer.
Before that, it was a trip down to MO. to pick up cattle equipment. LOL
Any overnight get away for livestock producers is marked as a "vacation"   :)
