Pretty soon its gonna get wide open more then just twitter. funding matters if it's all a promise and not there. The answer is China is funding it. The same China everyone screams is going bust so it's either one or the other. Either they are in bad shape or they are going to stick hundreds of billions in an infrastructure they don't own claim to other than transportation. |
