West Union, Illinois

The deciding factor is the road access. The three phase is a bonus.  We did something similar a couple years ago. All our roads are posted with a 5 ton (gross not per axle) weight limit in January, February, and March. We put up couple bins on a little piece of land with direct access to the state highway.
