I would have to pay for the three phase line to be extended about 2 miles, and from what I have heard, the interest on the money I would give to the power company to extend the line would pay my electricity bill for quite a while. I am leaning towards adding to the existing home site, but cant get over the feeling I might kick myself in a few years.
