Walk twice a day for 25 min. Lift weights every other day. Main goal isn't fat loss but it is a bonus if I do loose. Hoping to not gain more overwinter. Brisk winter walk after supper sure helps sleeping. I'm usually out at 10:30 and stay asleep until morning. Keep fit and keeps back loosened up.
