Subject: RE: Work out programs?

central - east central Minnesota -

IH_always - 11/22/2015 19:21 Was wondering how many farmers actually exercise during the winter months? I got excited when visiting my doctor last week and he is 62 years old and pretty fit. What would be a good program to start with? I don't want to join a health club as we live a good ways from town. How many sit ups and push ups should a man over 50 be able to do or work up to? TIA.

Jullian Michael's has a series of vids has it all . . .  .  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Pc-NizMgg8

They were all posted on you tube or facebook at one time, for free . . . . . A series of warm up's, push up's, set up's (in several positions), jumping jacks and burpee's (youtube them if you don't know what a burpee is).

Old fashion exercise that requires no special "buy this" or "buy that", to get fit . . . . .

Jumping rope is very physically demanding also . . . . .

Good luck and remember, one bit at a time - don't over do it in one or two secessions.
