north central Iowa, Hampton | I started doing a yoga routine with a guy I found on Youtube. 30 to 60 minutes sets. Look for Sean Vigue I'm doing the "beginner" stuff. It's a lot of the same sort of stretches my high-school son does in football. I started one of his "killer" workouts once and found out he wasn't lying. Maybe I'll get there someday.
When I do it daily, my knees don't hurt, my back is more limber and I seem to very slowly take off weight. And when I finish up, I feel better. Don't know why it's sooo hard to get off the couch and get going.
