I really don't understand what your objective is.

Bins allow you to capture improvements in basis by storing the corn until a time of the year when end users desire corn more than they do at harvest.

Bins allow you to capture carry in the market (if there is any).

Both of those things can be done before the next crop is harvested. Therefore you never need to keep one years crop up until the next harvest.

Anything past one year can be more easily done with paper. By more easily I mean it is less physical work AND less financial risk.
