I would much rather own the physical product. There's a lot of carry in the market. If I could, I'd buy harvest delivery corn if the basis is at typical harvest levels. I'd then hedge it w/ July futures and sit on it.
If I were to by 25k bushels, I'd probably only hedge 20k as being slightly long near 5-6 lows seems like a good play to me.
