Under 12.9%. Spray the floor with a good insecticide. Bins with a full.floor will make it easier beings the concrete won't sweat. It should have a fan so you can air the floor in april when the grain sweats after it thaws out. Its common for livestock feeders to not completely empty a bin for years around here just keep adding on top.
