Run tile plow along trees to cut roots. Just make sure you know if there are any tiles leaving the fields so you can avoid cutting them. This will decrease the yield loss from trees sucking all the moisture away from the crop. Still have the shade issue, but I doubt it is feasible to clear all the trees because I would imagine you have draws that are farmed around that's the reason it is trees in the first place. I doubt it is just old fencerows like stated above. I bet most of your yield loss is due to the trees more so than the poor soil. Trees take up a tremendous amount of water. I cut a tree off about 6 ft above the ground and the next day there was water running down the stump like a fountain.
