Farmington IL | My advice is look around and see if anyone else is doing it. If there isn't that should be all you need to know. If somebody is doing it, go talk to them. This is not wheat country, there is some wheat grown. Wheat guys had a good run a few years ago. This year will wipe out everything they made in the past. Neighbor was still citing wheat last night. They are hauling two hours away to get rid of it and are hoping to get $2 a bushel. It's a nice looking field of wheat on good ground that had fungicide applied. The told me they will never grow wheat again. | |
