I'm 6' 3" tall on a good day and have weighted from 150-185. People call Ya a tooth pick and chicken legs. I Was underweight at some point.
If you are active and eat half way healthy your good and screw the chart. If you don't feel good maybe it's time for a change. I drink too much pop and eat too much fried food but it tastes good to me.
I am fat?!!!
