| Those statistics are a bunch of bull crap, can I say that in here? At one of my many times up and down the scale, I had been to the dr for my annual physical and I asked the dr., "well, am I finally off the obese chart?" and he looked it up and looked at me kind of sad and didn't say anything and I said, "you are kidding me" and then he told me not to look at that chart, but to go by how I feel. Well, I was not happy. People can be so different. Muscle takes up less room on your body, so you can look really good, but you will weigh more. Don't let it bother you. | |
