If you are active and eat half way healthy your good and screw the chart. If you don't feel good maybe it's time for a change. I drink too much pop and eat too much fried food but it tastes good to me.
I'm about that height but my weight ranges from 170 to 195. I'm towards the low end now and have been for a few years (since I quit my office job). At 195 I looked fine but felt slow and heavy. I was close to overweight. At 175 I'm still towards the top I think as I'm supposed to be in the 160s. Not going to happen. |
