I agree 100%. We would fan wheat years ago, spread dry feet in the fall, disk then drill it in. Mach or April was a top dress of urea, and that was it, 60-65 bu an acre, good wheat and good test. I'm ready to go back old school or quit wheat, inputs are high and this dock is pretty much giving the crop away. To top it off last year, the double crop beans made 20 bu less than the full season, same seed, same planter.


Just curious, what do your double crop beans typically run? It's just not an option for us up here.


52 was average last year.
