If they are sticking to the grill and falling apart when you flip them, they aren't ready to flip. I buy pre-made patties, cook them from frozen, and once they are on the grill they don't get touched until the juice is coming through the top, then they get flipped once and cooked until ready. Perfect burgers every time.
