Is this really lean burger? Egg/bread crumbs help... Are they tearing when you try to flip? If that's the case, you grill grates need some "seasoning" like a cast iron skillet. Try spraying some cooking spray on before you get it hot (if flammable spray it before you light it). Then wait as long as possible to flip the first time... Most people flip too soon and too often.
