I guess I should be clear. The will is setup that way already. Was done in the last couple months. The siblings were all asked about this first and all agreed. (and it's not like there will be anything else to the inheritance). I've been in the family for 13 years and I can't say I know a more unselfish bunch (9 children).
And I'm not just saying this because my wife may read it. She doesn't really do Ag Talk.
