Central Illinois | Just had a property line questioned on my Grandfathers farm after the neighbor had their farm surveyed. The survey company did not go to the courthouse and search the property records. I found the parcel in question was deeded of to my Great, Great Grandfather. Thankfully it had been recorded or the fence line would have been changed. Mistakes can happen. Always be upfront with the other property owner and get the issue resolved. Good luck. Bob | |
