Saskatoon Saskatchewan | Had a fence line dispute a few years back with a new landowner. We wanted to remove the old fence that was nearly buried in topsoil and sell the topsoil to a landscaper. Offered to split the proceeds with him. Then he gets it in his head that the fence line is all on his property and he should get all the proceeds. So I told him that if he wanted to get it surveyed go ahead. Turns out the property line was about 40 feet in on his side. So he got nothing but the surveyor bill and we gained a few acres. | |
