South West UK
Yes yes a thousand times yes.

We have a big problem with a particlAr resistant grass weed and we use chemical and cultural controls like tillage and sowing date and rotations to control it.

You guys have a far bigger chemical tool box I would say because a lot of actives either are not available here or are long since banned. Rotate your chemistry and approach and preserve them as best you can would be my advice.

I have guys who have kicked the backside out of herbicides and used min tillage for years using reduced rates and all kinds of horrors now we are back mould board ploughing using phased herbicide controls and stacking many actives in tank mixtures. the chemical spend in that scenario scares me a lot I dread to think what you guys would say. I have people who will need
To spend 50 pounds an acre before Christmas on herbicides and they still won't get a total kill.
