MTfarm - 2/27/2015 10:34 What are people doing in your area to combat the resistant kochia? I am all for continuing notil but what tools I have at my hand as of now are and will get so expensive that the cost is making 100% notil prohibitive. The info available is near ZERO right now. I have asked a handful of chemical dealers what is avail and only one pre-emerge product is mentioned other than that blank looks.. I have officially written off the farm magazines because as usual they are silent, after the answer is found and everybody is already doing it they will then print the help articles.

Curtis Thompson, K-State weed scientist, spends most of this 45-minute session talking about managing glyph-resistant kochia without tillage.  To view, you need to download Silverlite plug-in if you don't already have it.
