Renville Minnesota
My opinion is it depends on you and your wifes personalitys.

Some can sleep good with liens, mortgages, and shifting money to get more....

Some like to pay it of and then go back into battle.

My brains simpleton department controls most of my daily functions. I dont like payments, I have them, but get rid of them ASAP. .... that being said, its easy for me when my portfolio has land bought at the 20 year lows, its high here, but sounds its low there.

Seems your land isn't just sought after by farmers, and for some reason beyond my comprehensive capabilities, this economy, which makes zero sense to me (who has a BS in economics) seems to be picking up lately. ... people are on the roads and buying more junk again....

So, my advise: Take your wife on a two week vacation. You both have worked hard to get yourself in a good financial position. The best investment will be your relationship with hrr. You can work the rest of your lives.... buy all the farms in pa, it wont mean nothing without a little fun and bonding with your best friend.
