IA | I know everyone will say im an idiot but i would let it ride. That is assuming that you have a favorable interest rate. I think i would look into doing a variable rate refinance on the loan you have. This spring here variable rate loans were 2.75%. Let your loan ride and if another opportunity comes along, like a chance to rent another farm or buy you have the capital to do something. If rates were to take off in the near term(which i highly doubt) you could pay off your loan if no other opportunity have come along | |
