I know one of the cited reasons for slower reporting is that FSA was dealing with the livestock enrollment for the first time. I know row-crop guys who couldn't get their meeting with the FSA until August, that's just the way it was. That said, sure seems like the September data drop should have been larger than it was if we're going to get somewhat close to NASS's planted acreage number. So far it's been a buy the rumor sell the fact... let's see how we close.
