Been living with a ruptured disc for probably six years, I've been a big heavy guy all my adult life. I always seem to not have time for surgery, but it's probably getting close to time to just do it...tired of the pain and numbness. It just seems like we never slow down anymore. I'm not 40 yet either, sure seems like a lot of younger guys already dealing with this.
Any one else with back problems?
