Embarrass WI | I had a lot of back problems when I was about 35, learned to pace myself and got on a daily multi-vitamin on the advice of my chiropractor. Started on the vitamins and my back problems slowly went away.
Now I have a bone spur growing between 2 discs in my neck that causes my left thumb and forearm to become weak or numb, physical therapy did help but it won't ever go away completely without surgery. The therapist used a Rube Goldberg device to stretch my neck, that did more good than anything, so rahter than pay $40 to use one for 5 minutes I bought one off Craigslist for $150 and use it 1-2x/week.
