Malheur County Oregon | Herniated disc in the neck has been giving fits since springtime. Chiropractor visits lasted less and less each time. Finally quit going. Massage therapy helped some but didn't last. Neurologist said I don't need surgery.
Finally called a local physical therapy place that is always advertising on the radio that they fix back and neck issues. So far with only 2 visits I feel a ton better. He has done some chiropractic adjustments along with giving me some stretching and muscle building exercises to do.
The way he described it was I have been out of alignment and my "big" muscles have been trying over compensate for my "small" neck and shoulder muscles not doing what they should.
