I'll be 40 in November. Every so often if I lift something heavy, turn just the wrong way, I can feel something in my lower back pop. My boss has even heard it a couple times. It will hurt like the dickens for a couple days and then subside over the next few days and eventually go away. Until the next time it happens.
Any one else with back problems?
