Dont forget to stretch your calf muscles an hamstrings. If you sit a lot that can make some very tight hamstrings which can pull on your lower back. Ive been doing that for quite some time an have eliminated most off my back problems. Usually walk fast fro twenty minutes to warm up an then do some stretching. Slow stretches not bouncing. At first I was surprised at how little I could stretch. But if you keep wroing at it you will see results. The internet has some good help with that. Lift with your knees bent not straight will help
