It isnt the end of the world, cash rent must fluctuate or they system is so flawed it resembles obamacare. It should go up and down, a flex approach is for sure much better in the long run. The land owners all gained off high commodities, they wont miss any meals at 3.50 corn but a farmer shouldnt either. | |
