So if he makes more then his figures is he going to give the land lord a bonus?
Why not crop share as it's fair when the land owner is invested the more profitable the crop the better the land owner does. Also the land owner may wanna take better care of the land so it grows better crops.
Shares do work well, a 75-25 is a nice way to go. Do the math all the way around and explain
fertility, etc.
