year to year lease cliffseia-with the amount of fields and landlords he has-he is a square shooter
I would take a signed contract from him or his word anyday of the week
he did not have any longterm leases that I know of nor does he want them as the markets seem to turn every year
No where in my post's Cliff did I say long term leases
