his equipment is paid for-he runs older equipment and his pickup is older with lots of miles
I love how all you guy's call the kettle black-
I stated earlier how he approached it all-and he does a good job with each and every tract
his updating usually involves grease and repairs-I wish he would spend money on better equipment
he constantly tells me to be prepared in case things don't work out
What sense does it make to farm rented ground if there's a loss upfront
I approach feeding cattle the same
But I guess if it makes you feel good to rent ground for the same money as when corn was $7 more power to ya
his rent was on the top end last year and the numbers will be close again this year
