The Far East...of Nebraska.
Correct me if I'm wrong but insurance companies and others tried farming quite a bit in the 70's. I go north on 281 through Bartlett, etc. every year. Great country, great people, great cows, great water, not so great of farm ground unless you're in a river valley.

At 5-7 dollar corn it's all good ground! Our state's most ground being broken up and irrigated were clusters in that holt, surrounding counties area. Mind blowing numbers, but I can't remember them off the top of my head.
