Roughly 140 acres and a large grain facility with 186,000 bushel in bins, dryer, legs, overhead loadout, 40x80 pole barn, and a lot of concrete brought 1.7 million. With the exception of about 30 acres the rest sold for 2.7 million at $7650/acre. The 30 acres brought $3200... hunting ground mostly.
