Morris, IL | I'm going to start calling you Coup, actually i haven't seen him in a while. While i agree those number works, my opinion is they are not real world options and if they are very few can do that year after year profitable.
Like you say somewhere, going to be pushing some of these flex rents and more shares. Even this 200APH ground isn't going to work with these all too common 300$ rents. | |
