As far as the market on land.... everyone and there brother has befriended someone around here it seems... I'm hoping $4 corn rather then $5 corn will keep some of the sons/nephews from wanting to come back. I have sit quietly in the corner waiting for opportunities. For the most part. Not saying I haven't tried to rent any ground.... just careful on who I talk to and how I say my words ... so far so good.
Have a few farms next year I may pick up... we'll see if they pan out or not |
