I just replied to an post of yours above and now see you found the new rule.
I am a farmer with a farm plated semi with a cdl and like you I can't fiqure why or how this got passed. All I can see in my head is a convoy of 1970's semis and rusted trailers going down the interstate as fast as they can go with the dash air light broke out and gauges not working. Possibly even with a 77 trans am weaving through the convoy
