North of London | So how do you think a person that has no reason to think there is any supernatural being to pray to feels when the municipal council jumps up to say a prayer?
The non believer should just sit quiet right?
Later in the meeting when his request for a permit for something comes up that will not impact the decision will it??
And of course any properly done experiment about the ability of prayer to make a difference shows prayer does not work.
Except for the person praying, for them it can calm them and be good for their health but nothing that is asked for in the prayer can be proven to be answered.
