I am in a canola ban area. I can not legally grow canola here.
What is up with that?
As wet as you guys are, I would be inclined to leave it alone and if you get some rain it should germinate I would think.
I have had the same problems in our soils with double disk drills on no-till. Really need those soil control devices Sunflower came up with years ago.
