That soil clumped up pretty good. If the lumps are hard I am guessing it will take quite a bit to break them up.

I do not think it is too late to harrow. Don't think you would hurt many seeds. However it would be best to check soon as you start. The rain showers will have them germinated ASAP. If it keeps raining lots of the uncovered seeds touching dirt will still take root and concerns about the uncovered seeds may not be that great. All depends on the forecast for your area.

Can you find a land roller? I think it would be better to break up the lumps and would not hurt anything. Unless your soil is prone to turn to cement if you had a hard rain after.

Is that canola stubble?
