50 miles west Stockholm , Sweden
Looks to be a heavy clay soil?
Had to be in right hour befor it dry up, or it turn in to concrete!
A harrow follow of by a roller.
Not so easy to advise on a picture, soil had to make up when you harrow so seed is "bedded" in fine soil aggregate?

My 2cents
