I've banded MAP in the fall with very good results here, but my high pH soils are not as bad as yours (note my soil test in the linked thread)

Perhaps banding AVAIL treated MAP in the fall? Your soils and climate are a long ways away from me, so I can't know how it would work for you.

How do your crops look? Do they show visible signs of nutrient deficiency? Tissue tests would show what your plants are most lacking. That might be a good place to start.

I can't even guess at the fate of your past phos. Sulfur will help unlock some of it, so that's where I started.
