It seems that suddenly a lot of people with high pH concerns are in the clue.

I think the problem you have is a calcareous soil, the 10.5% of carbonate reported by lab is equivalent to 210,000 lbs/ac of carbonate.

If you decide to go for the long way to lowering pH this article gives you an idea of what is necessary do

Sulfur maximum rate of 20 lbs/1000 sq ft is equivalent to 870 lbs/ac per year and retesting soil pH before new application.

Ask to your lab and agronomist for assessment about how in the area you are it is managed and if something different is done by others with good results., also ask to Minnesota University extension.
