Subject: Re: Phosphorus in High PH soils

Red River Valley, MN
Dont have a really good way of doing MAP 2x2 in the spring....could do it in the fall in a band, but would be worried about it being tied up by spring and not seeing a return to pay for the equipment to do it. Have gone up to 10 gallons of 10-34-0 with totally tubulars before and havent seen any negatives effects from doing this, but I know I could be pushing my luck at that rate.

How much of the P that has been applied in the past will become available in the future?
