So. IL | Push away their contract, have your own made up and let them sign yours! Oil company's screw the land owner to death trust me. Salt water spills killing off ground for good, they do nothing about to fix. Lease roads, pipelines, power lines, wherever they want. Damage your crops, mud your roads, yard up, traffic on your place 24/7. Dumping trash, and storing their materials on your property because they can. Waterways eroding out due to oil and salt water, you can't grow grass in that crap. Abandon lines that never get cleaned up, and farming arround abandon wells that they are to cheep to plug and clean up. Just some things to think about, please remember your kids and them dealing with this bs later in life. | |
