Need to talk to a lawyer if you do anything, but those numbers are not even in the neighborhood of what people in Ohio are getting. Eastern OH is getting $5,000+ an acre, in northcentral where we are the only thing that has come around was a development company that wasn't the driller offering $1,000 for the rights, not many people went with them.
