I don't know I think the best money might not be signing anything at all. Wait, Wait, Wait. When it looks like they are getting close to drilling on you they will come back with more money, and better lease. If you think the wells will be good, don't hesitate to partner with them. It seems scary, but usually works out. My 2 cents.
